Turkish Gozleme is a savory pastry which is rolled out, filled with fresh ingredients and sealed before being cooked over a hotplate. We make the Gozzy's with organic beef and do our best to make them as healthy and fresh as possible. The proof is in the taste.

If you have been wondering how to cook a Gozzy yourself then wonder no more. We have provided you with a step by step recipe booklet to the right hand side of this text. There is also intructions on how to use the booklet in the link below it.

We are slowly testing and introducing new varieties and we hope to be serving them in the near future so please keep coming back to avoid missing out.
